Disappointed our 2026 event was rescheduled? Us too. Here's what happened and where we're heading.
The TL;DR:
- Six weeks before LoopConf 2026, our lead sponsor cancelled and eliminated 50% of our operating budget. Rather than compromise on the experience, we rescheduled and refunded everyone in full, including non-refundable travel.
- LoopConf is now June 16–17, 2027, still in Grand Rapids.
- We're rebuilding as a 100% attendee-funded, attendee-focused event.
- Tickets go on sale September 8th. Buy yours before Nov 1st!
- Every ticket is fully refundable through January 31.

< Event Details_
LoopConf brings together the people driving innovation in the WordPress space. If you build with WordPress, for yourself or for clients, LoopConf is for you.We focus on the intersection of WordPress and the broader web ecosystem. Which means we also cover several non-WordPress topics that people who use and build WordPress need to hear.
Every presenter is hand-picked and every topic chosen to complement or build on the others, all curated to deliver the best experience possible.
The audience is a diverse group of developers, core contributors, agencies, plugin teams, hosts, and more.
Dates
June 16-17, 2027. Sessions run 9am-5pm both days.
We'll kick things off with an evening reception on Tuesday, June 15. You should also keep your schedule open on Friday, June 18 for some local fun.
Venue
The event will be held at Grand Valley State University's Pew Campusin beautiful downtown Grand Rapids, MI, USA.
After Party
After the sessions conclude we'll reconvene at [REDACTED] for some highly coveted networking time. We'll provide some appetizers and a beverage or two. You provide the enticing conversation.
